Orders and when a contract forms
Your order is an offer; the contract forms when we confirm we have started blending and production. Formula suggestions are built from the birth data you give us and sit inside a traditional cultural framework — they are not a medical diagnosis.
Pricing and payment
- As shown at checkout, priced in US dollars; promotional prices apply as displayed at the time.
- Payment is handled by a third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Duties and taxes follow the Shipping & returns page.

Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, place bulk orders for resale, use someone else's details, or interfere with the service. We may cancel orders and seek recovery if you do.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We date updates on this page; continued use means acceptance. Material changes are emailed to customers with orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; otherwise it goes to the competent court there.
