What we collect, and what we do with it

You hand us very little, but it is sensitive: birth data, email, delivery address. This page states the purpose, the retention period and your rights.

What we collect

Birth data: date, hour (an estimate is fine) and city — used to build your five-element pattern and the blend.
Contact and delivery: email, name, address, phone where the carrier needs it.
Orders and payment status: items, amounts, dates, refunds. Payment is processed by a third party; we do not store full card numbers.
Basic technical data: page views, device type, language preference, referring link.

How we use it

To produce your five-element pattern and formula suggestion.
To produce, ship, clear customs and handle after-sales.
To answer your enquiries, and — with your consent — to send subscription or batch reminders.
To prevent fraud, abuse and bulk resale.

Local by default

The chart is computed in your browser and the birth data stays on your device; it is not uploaded unless you order, when we need it to blend and schedule. Clearing your browser data deletes the local copy.

Who we share it with

Only with parties required to fulfil the order: the payment processor, the carrier, the email provider, and tax or customs agents. We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party ad tracking.

Retention

Orders and tax records: for the period required by applicable law.
Enquiry emails: 24 months.
Birth data on your device: delete it whenever you like.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, and withdraw consent. Email chenfei@aibots.hk; we respond within 30 days.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses only essential local storage: language preference, cart contents, birth-data draft. No third-party advertising, no cross-site tracking.

International transfers

Data may be processed in mainland China, Hong Kong and wherever our processors operate. We require those processors to apply equivalent protections.

Minors

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
