Everything people ask, before and after ordering

Ordering & payment

• Which payment methods? Whatever checkout shows — currently handled by a third-party processor, priced in US dollars.
• When am I charged? One-off orders charge at checkout; monthly boxes charge per cycle and can be paused.
• Can I get an invoice? Yes — email after ordering with the billing name and tax number.
• Do I need an account? No — guest checkout works, and order lookup uses order number plus email.

Formula & fit

• Spirit tea or Treasure soup? Fill in your birth data to get your deviation: under 8% is upkeep with Spirit tea, over 8% with Treasure soup.
• Can I take it with my medication? Ask your clinician first. We do not know your prescriptions and will not advise you to stop anything.
• Pregnancy, breastfeeding, children? We do not recommend it.
• Is it habit-forming? Everything comes from the food-and-medicine catalogue with no addictive substances — but any long-term regimen deserves periodic review.

Production & delivery

• Why five days? Small-batch, made to order — better freshness and batch control, at the cost of speed.
• How long? About 5 days of production, then air freight and customs — delivered within 15 days.
• Can I pick a delivery date? Not precisely — customs timing is outside our control.
• Who pays duty? Normally the recipient, under local rules; shipping at checkout excludes duty.

Returns & subscriptions

• Can I return it? Unopened within 30 days — see Shipping & returns.
• Made-to-order items? Blended for one person, so change-of-mind returns do not apply — quality issues are covered.
• Can I pause? Anytime, up to 48 hours before the next production run.
• Can I change the address? Yes, before dispatch — email us with the order number.

Account & orders

• How do I track it? The shipping email carries a tracking link, and Track order works with your order number.
• Is my birth data uploaded? By default the chart is computed in your browser and stored on your device; it is used for blending only when you order.

How to take it

• Spirit tea: one sealed sachet, steep three minutes, one serving every two days.
• Treasure soup: vacuum-packed soup base, simmer 40 minutes, one serving every two days.
• What if something feels off? Stop and consult a clinician; send us the batch code and we will check that batch.
